How do I filter a Dashboard Post list?

The Dashboard Post list Widget is based on a system-saved search and displays the latest posts matching the saved search filter on the Dashboard. 

When clicking a widget connected to the Post list widget, such as a pie chart, the Post list content interacts with the chart and shows a filtered Post list matching the selected filter.

Users can also use the search bar in the page header to filter the Post list.

When clicking the filter icon with a counter above the Post list, all matching filters are shown as green facets just above the Post list.

User Access: All users who have access to a Dashboard also have access to the Dashboard Post list and the filter functionality.
