Latest update: April 28, 2023
The Category Subscription dashboard widget allows users to subscribe to a selection of taxonomy categories on a custom schedule. A user can subscribe to any or all categories in the widget and receive e-mails containing qualified posts that match those categories on the schedule the user decides.
When creating the widget, you can choose if you want to display all taxonomy categories or only a selection of categories.
Prerequisites:
The subscriptions are comprised of qualified posts tagged with the selected taxonomy categories. Make sure that the selected taxonomy categories are used.
For the selected subscription to contain any posts, superusers, or the trained AI categorizer, must tag posts with the selected taxonomy categories when qualifying posts in their Inboxes. If a category in the taxonomy is never used or no posts are qualified, the chosen subscription will generate no posts. Send-outs only take place if they contain at least one post.
This widget requires access to be turned on in portal settings. Contact Wide Narrow Support for more information.
