How do Word Clouds work?

Word Clouds work in a simple way: the more a specific keyword appears in the textual data, the bigger and bolder it appears in the word cloud.

The Word Clouds in Infodesk shows the most frequent words in the displayed post list or search.

The entity categories (displayed word types) can be set manually or automatically by AI. The default entity categories are location, company, and organization.

Word Clouds are available in Search, Inboxes, Workspaces, and selectable as Dashboard Widgets.

User Access: All users can access Search, workspaces, and Dashboards. Only Superusers have access to Inboxes.
