How does the Relevance filter work?

The Relevance filter enables you to filter posts based on their status.
Click the bars to filter on rejected, unhandled, qualified, elevated, or critical posts.
Use the slider buttons to expand or minimize the search.

• Rejected displays rejected posts.
• Unhandled displays unhandled posts.    
• Qualified displays qualified posts, either manually or automatically qualified.
• Elevated displays posts used by several users in, for example, likes, workspaces, newsletters, and reports.
• Critical displays the most used posts with high relevance.
