How do I use Word Clouds?

The World Cloud shows keywords from the current post list. Delimit the search by selecting one or several keywords.

You can delimit a search in a post list by selecting one or several keywords in the word cloud. Click on a chosen word to remove the keyword from your search.

When clicking a keyword in the word cloud, it will change color to visualize your selected words.

Word Clouds can be expanded. Just click on the word cloud to expand it.

User Access: Word Clouds are available in Search, Inboxes, and selectable as Dashboards Widget. All users have access to Search and Dashboards. Only Superusers have access to Inboxes.
