How do I use the multi-select feature in Search?

The multi-select and drag and drop multiple posts features makes it easy to select and handle many posts for bulk actions at the same time. To multi-select posts in the Search post list:

1. Hover over a post, and a checkbox will appear to the left of the post title.
2. Select several posts (multi-select) by ticking any number of boxes. Just like in Windows Explorer, you may also select a range of posts by "shift-clicking" on your keyboard (shift and click on the first post you want to select, then shift-click on the last post for your multi-selection.)
3. Apply an action (i.e. "Qualify" or "Reject") or drag and drop your full selection to a target drop zone in the left menu ("Inbox", "Workspace", "Newsletter" or "Report").

User Access: Search is available for all Infodesk users. Workspaces, Inboxes, Newsletters, and Reports are only available For Superusers.
