Recommended Newsletter Banner Size

The ideal size for an email banner image is typically around 600 pixels wide and 200-300 pixels high.

The default setting for newsletter banner images in Newsletters is an image ratio of 3:1.

You can add and edit your banners using the Edit banner form in the newsletter Banner section.

The Edit banner form has a drop-down menu with options and the possibility of changing the banner image format. If you do not make any changes, the default format is 3:1. 

The Newsletter banner size is dynamic and will adjust to fit different devices and screen sizes. As a result, there may not be an exact match between the preview and the final result after saving the image.

We recommend using the background color option instead of an image to ensure the best flexibility across various screen sizes and devices.

User Access: Superusers have access to the Newsletter module. Only Newsletter Owners and Writers can change Banners and other template settings.
