A recurring report series format is available in Reports to facilitate regular reporting.
Create a report and select at which interval you expect to create the next report.
We do not recommend creating reports for a whole year in advance. Create the report you need when you need it and select "Add this report to an existing series" to inherit the report to your report series. The new report will inherit the layout from the previous report in the same series.
To create a new Report Serie:
- Navigate to the Reports tab in the black main menu.
- On the Reports overview page: Click the blue New report button.
- Fill in the Edit page in the New report form:
Select "This report is the first in a series" if you are creating the first report in a new report series.
Select "Add this report to an existing series" to create a new report in an existing series. - Click the User access tab and select users who will have access to the report. Click Save.
User Access: The Report module is only available for Superusers.
