Preview PDF in Reports

When you have completed a report, use the Preview PDF feature to ensure that the report will look good when exported to PDF. You will find the Preview PDF feature as an eye icon just above the report banner on the report page.

1. Click Preview after completing the report to check that it looks good when exported to PDF.
2. In Preview: Select portrait or landscape format, depending on the format of your finished report.
3. If you're unsatisfied with the report in Preview, adjust the layout and click Preview again.

Adjust the report 

If you want to adjust page breaks, text, and image positions in individual posts, mouse over the post headline to open the post edit features.

If you wish to change the layout of the entire report, click the Edit icon (pen) in the top menu above the report page.

Remember to save your changes and click Preview to ensure your report looks good if you or someone else downloads the report to PDF.

User access: Only Superusers have access to the Report module.
