InfoLab is an information processing tool where you can add and manage feeds and filters for your Inboxes.
All Superusers have, by default, access to InfoLab, but only the Inbox Owners can add and manage feeds to their Inboxes. The exception is Superusers with Admin permissions who can manage feeds for all Inboxes. Superusers with Admin permissions may also restrict access to InfoLab for other Superusers.
You can access InfoLab from the InfoLab tab in the main menu and from your Inbox. You need to have Owner access to an Inbox to connect and manage feeds for the Inbox.
Before you start creating your feeds in InfoLab, you must create an inbox where you can connect your feeds. If you don't have an inbox, go to Inboxes and click the "New DIY Inbox" button. When creating a new inbox, you will automatically be the inbox Owner.
Please note that inboxes have an ongoing service fee.
There are three categories of Feeds in InfoLab
- Wide Narrow Source Library, including ready-to-use Source Packs and advanced filtering options.
- Free Feed connectors like the RSS Feed and Webscraper Feed.
- Feed connections from information providers that require a subscription, for example, Pocket and Visualping.
