Are your organization looking out for acquisition targets in a particular market, industry, or a specific technology application? One of the cornerstones of a solid M&A capability is an ongoing and systematic search for acquisition targets. M & M&A screening often requires an outside-in approach, identifying high-growth sectors in a broader market, then narrowing it down to industries that match your existing differentiated capabilities. Once you have identified sectors and targets, it’s time to set up ongoing monitoring to find attractive businesses. Order Inboxes from Wide Narrow Information Services to track identified sectors, technologies, and companies, or create your DIY Inboxes to keep track of acquisition targets.
