How do I add multiple automated post lists to an automated newsletter?

You can easily add multiple automated post lists to an auto-populated newsletter.

When adding multiple auto-populated post lists, we recommend that you limit the number of posts displayed per post list so that the newsletter does not contain too many posts.

1. Navigate to Newsletters and open your Automated newsletter.
2. Click Add section and select a Post list section.
3. Open the Post list edit form and set the new automated post list layout.
4. Click the Automation tab. Select a system-saved search in the drop-down and set the maximum number of posts.
5. Press the Save button to save the new post list section settings.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to add additional post-list sections.

Recommendations:

Our recommendation is to have max 20 posts in a newsletter. More than 20 posts reduce the overview and reading value. Hence, when adding more than one post list section in a newsletter, set the number of posts to display per post list section to a maximum of five to ten posts.
