- Navigate to Newsletters and open your newsletter.
- Click the Distribution tab at the top of the Newsletter.
- On the Distribution page: Choose an existing send list in the drop-down menu or click the New send list button to create a new send list.
- To add new recipients to the send list, click on the send list name to open the send list.
- Select and add existing users to the send list or click the Add Recipients button to add new recipients - manually by email or import receipts by using the Upload file feature.
- Press Close to leave the page. The new recipients are saved automatically.
To facilitate the next sendout, the Newsletter send list is saved and can be edited over time.

User Access: Newsletters are only available for Wide Narrow Superusers.
