How do I change the font, font size, and background color in a Newsletter?

There are several ways to customize your Newsletter templates. One possibility is to change the font, font size, and background color of the newsletter.

Navigate to Newsletters and open your newsletter template. On the Create page:

Click the Style button (palette) in the menu on the banner's left to change the newsletter's fonts, font size, and background color. Preview the result and click Save to save the changes.

Change Heading and Paragraph Font

You can select one of the default font options or add a custom font.

1. Click on the current Heading and Paragraph font names to change the font.
2. Select one of the default font options or select Custom font at the bottom of the drop-down menu to add another font.
3. Enter the font name in the text box, preview and Save.

Note that the font is set per newsletter series. Thus, other newsletter series may have different fonts.  

Font Size

You can choose between three font sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. 

1. Choose a font size by clicking the preferred “T” size.
2. Preview and then click the blue Save button to save the changes. 

Note that changing the font size will affect not only headlines and body text but also the margins between sections, image sizes, and the padding around text and headlines.

The most commonly used size is the “Large” option. You can easily test and preview all options to see what best fits your newsletter. Click on a “T” and Save, and then press the Preview Newsletter button to see how it looks in your newsletter.

Note that the font size is set per newsletter series. Thus, other newsletter series may have different font sizes.  

Background Color

The default Background color of most newsletter templates is light grey. You can easily change the background to another color.

1. Click on Background color to change the color framing the newsletter. 
2. Select one of the default background colors or click Custom Color at the bottom of the drop-down to add another color.
3. Click the color box and use the pointer to find a suitable color, or add the HEX, RGB, or HSL color code numbers to add a specific color. 
4. Preview and Save.

Note that the background color is set per newsletter series. Thus, other newsletter series may use different background colors.
