How does the AI categorization of posts work?

The AI categorization tool considers the categorized posts' title, description, metadata, and source. However, the AI tool learns from your and other users' behavior and needs to be trained.

We recommend that you actively categorize posts when qualifying posts in a new or updated Inbox.

To train the AI categorization, you must manually categorize at least 45 posts for one month.
When the AI tool is trained, it will categorize the posts automatically.

If you update your taxonomy, keep in mind that the AI tools need time to be trained again.
