How do I auto-populate a Newsletter?

To reduce or eliminate time spent creating your newsletters, you can automatically populate your newsletters with content from system-saved searches

1. Go to Search and create a System Saved Search to auto-populate the newsletter with content.
2. Go to Newsletters.
3. On the Newsletter series overview page: click the Settings icon (three dots) on your Newsletter series card and select Edit newsletter series.
4. Post list Automation: Select Yes - set up with a saved search and select a saved search in the drop-down list to auto-populate the newsletter.
5. Click Save.

User Access: The Newsletter module is only available for Superusers.
