Banner size for Reports

It is not necessary to match the height and width of the report banner exactly. When uploading a banner, you can crop it to ensure it fits. However, should you want to match the exact banner size, this is the recommended width and height.

• The recommended banner size for a report in portrait PDF is 2000 x 237 pixels.
• The recommended banner size for a report in landscape PDF or PowerPoint is 2000 x 166 pixels.

How to change the banner:

1. Go to Reports, open your report, and expand the report workspace.
2. Mouse over the report banner and click "Edit header first page".
3. Upload your own banner images for portrait and landscape mode OR click "Find image" to upload an image from the free Image service.
4. Optional: Use the Crop feature to adjust the images.
5. Click Save.

User Access: Only Superusers have access to Reports.
