The InfoDesk Source Library includes more than 150 ready-to-use Source Packs and advanced filtering possibilities.
User Access to the Source Library
All Superusers have, by default, access to the InfoDesk Source Library in InfoLab.
Superusers with Admin permissions may restrict access for other superusers.
You need an Inbox to connect the Source Library Feeds.
Only the Inbox Owners can add and manage feeds to their Inboxes. Consequently, only the Owner has access to InfoLab and the Source Library from the Inbox. The exception is Superusers with Admin permissions who can manage feeds for all Inboxes.
An Inbox can have several owners. As an Inbox owner, you can give other users "Owner" access to the inbox if you want your colleagues to have the possibility to create and manage sources for the inbox.
Superusers with "Writer" and "Reader" access to an Inbox need to change user access to "Owner" to access the Source Library in InfoLab. Ask the inbox Owner to change your access.
Inbox Access to the Source Library
- Paid InfoDesk Inboxes have automatic access to the Source Library.
- Old free DIY Inboxes that are not converted to paid inboxes do not have access to the Wide Narrow Source Library. However, they do have access to InfoLab and all other InfoLab Feed Connectors.
- Old DIY Inboxes converted to Paid inboxes have access to the Source Library.
- New DIY Inboxes have automatic access to the Source Library.
User Access: Only Superusers have access to Inboxes, InfoLab, and the InfoDesk Source Library.
