For many Innovation and Product Development Teams, it's essential to keep track of new technologies, patents, products, and other companies' R&D projects.
To monitor these areas on an ongoing basis, contact your InfoDesk Account Manager to set up a monitoring service.
If you know the sources, you can create a DIY Inbox and connect your most important sources to it. Use the free feed connectors in InfoLab to connect sources to your DIY Inbox.

- DIY Inboxes with any suitable free feed connection in InfoLab, for example, the web scraper or RSS feed connector.

How to start:
- Fill in this Information Request Form.
- Your InfoDesk Account Manager will contact you to confirm your order.
DIY Inboxes

How to start:
- Navigate to Inboxes and click New Inbox.
- Enter a name and Save.
- Click the settings icon and select InfoLab.
- Click Add on any of the free feed connectors, for example, the web scraper connection.
- Enter a name and a URL, and click Save.
- Repeat step 5 for all thought leadership sources you want to monitor in your DIY Inbox.
User Access: Superuser Admins and Superusers have access to Inboxes and InfoLab.
