How do I edit a report template and the report settings?

You can easily change the settings of a specific report template in Wide Narrow.

Change template settings on Ad hoc reports

1. Navigate to Reports.
2. On the Report overview page: Click More (three dots) on the ad hoc report card and select Edit.
3. On the Edit form > Edit page: Change the report name, period, and report template and save.
4. On the Edit form > Settings page: Change the report settings and save.

Change the report series settings on Recurring reports

1. Navigate to Reports.
2. On the Report overview page: Click More (three dots) on the report series card and select Edit.
3. Change the report series settings and click Save.

Change the report template settings on Recurring reports in a report series

Note that when changing the template settings for a single report in a recurring report series, the template for all other reports in the same series will also change.

1. Navigate to Reports and click the recurring report series card to open the report series.
2. Click More (three dots) on a report card and select Edit to open the edit form.
3. On the Edit form > Edit page: Change the report name, period, and report template and save.
4. On the Edit form > Settings page: Change the report series settings and save.

Settings to change on the report settings page:

User Access: Only Superusers have access to the report module. Only Report Owners can make changes to report templates.
