The User Access to objects as Inboxes, Workspaces, Newsletters, Reports, and Benchmarks are based on Ownership and Membership.
When creating a new object in Infodesk (Inbox, Workspace, Newsletter, Report, Benchmark), you automatically become the object's Owner.
Only Owners can add other members as Owners, Writers, or Readers.
Writers are co-producers with write access but cannot delete the object.
Readers can open the object and read the content.
To add other users as Members to an object, with Workspaces as an example:
- Go to the Workspaces Overview page and click the settings icon (three dots) on the Workspace card.
- Click Edit and then User Access.
- Search and select users or user groups to add as Writers or Readers.
- Click Save.
