Activate a new User Account

To activate your Wide Narrow Account:

1. Open the Activation email and follow the instruction for activation of the account. For security reasons, the activation link will expire within 24 hours.
2. If you don't find the activation email in your inbox, check the spam filter and contact Wide Narrow Support.

When a new user account is registered in Wide Narrow, an activation email is automatically sent to the new user. Only Superusers with Admin privileges can create new Wide Narrow user accounts. Admins can uncheck the box "Send activation email upon creating" if they do not want to activate the account at once.
