A user marked red shows that he or she has been locked out of his or her account by entering the wrong password too many times.
The lock-out can be removed either by the user resetting their password on the log-in page OR by an Administrator or InfoDesk Support setting a new password manually in InfoDesk Admin > Users.
To reset your password on the log-in page:
- Go to the InfoDesk login page.
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Follow the instructions to reset the password.
