Drag and drop multiple posts

Save time by dragging and dropping several posts at the same time.

The multi-select and drag and drop multiple posts features make it easy to select and handle many posts for bulk actions at the same time. In Inboxes, Workspaces, and Search:

1. Hover over a post, and a checkbox will appear.
2. Select several posts (multi-select) by ticking any number of boxes.
3. Drag and drop your full selection to a target drop zone in the left menu (for example a Workspace, Newsletter, or Report).

User access: Search and Workspaces are available for all Infodesk users. Inboxes, Newsletters, and Reports are only available for Superusers.
