- Review the posts in your Inbox post list. Click the post headline or source link to read more.
- Reject posts from your Inbox with the Reject (cross) button.
- Qualify posts from your Inbox with the Qualify (tick) button.
Edit and tag a post before Qualifying
We recommend that you edit posts before qualifying to ensure that the content presented on Dashboards, Personal Alerts, and automated newsletters, is well prepared.
- Click the Edit button (pen) at the bottom left of the post to open the post edit form.
- Optionally, click the Source tab to read more than the displayed abstract or click the source link to read the full article.
- Click the AI Copilot to prompt and create an AI-generated abstract. Replace or combine the abstract with the AI-generated text by using the replace or copy buttons on the AI copilot sidebar.
- Edit the headline and abstract.
- You can upload images by clicking the image drop zone or clicking Find Image to upload an image from the free image service. Position your image to the left, right, over, or under the abstract.
- Add links, video links, and files by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the edit form.
- Open the Categories dropdown to select taxonomy categories for your post. If the AI categorization feature is available in your inbox, use it to suggest categories for your post.
- Optionally, click the User Access tab if you want to restrict access to the post.
- Click the Qualify button (tick) to qualify the post. Alternatively, click Save to save your changes without qualifying the post. Use the Save button if you want to continue editing the post later or want to save your changes and qualify the post later. Click Cancel to close edit mode without saving any changes.
