About Inboxes

Inboxes collect information feeds from several sources within a specific subject or information provider. 

There are two types of Inboxes in the InfoDesk platform:

• DIY Inboxes where you connect your own feeds.
• InfoDesk Inboxes where our senior information specialists connect sources and create filters to optimize the information in the inbox.

User Access: The Inbox module is available for Superusers and Superuser Admins.
