InfoDesk RSS feeds can be used to integrate content from the InfoDesk platform into your organization’s intranet or other applications.

Follow the instructions in this User Guide to create an RSS Feed on the RSS page in Admin.

User Access: Only Superuser Admins have access to the RSS page in the Admin module.
