Dashboard Statistics

The Dashboard Statistics shows the number of visits to Wide Narrow Dashboards' and embedded Wide Narrow Dashboards. Click the Download Excel button on top of the Reporting Statistics page to download all the Reporting Statistics to Excel.

How to view the Dashboard Stats

1. Navigate to Statistics in the sidebar menu and click on Reporting.

2. Select a Time period in the drop-down list or custom range the time period by using the Start and End date calendar.

3. Scroll down to the "Number of visits to Dashboards" chart to view the statistics. 

4. In the chart, uncheck any of the checkboxes Wide Narrow Dashboard or Embedded Wide Narrow Dashboards if you only want to view statistics from one type of dashboard.

5. If you have several Dashboards, click on "Number of visits per Dashboards" below the chart to view detailed statistics per Dashboard. Use the Time Period drop-down list or custom range the time period by using the Start and End date calendar.

How the Dashboard Statistics are Measured

Every login where the user ends up on a Dashboard as a landing page is counted in the Dashboard statistics. Each time a user switches between Dashboards or navigates to a Dashboard from other modules is also measured in the Dashboard Statistics.

The statistics work in the same way even when the Dashboard is embedded in another platform or application or when the user logs in via single sign-on, SSO.

User Access: The Statistics function is only available for superusers.
