Impact - Urgency Analysis for Strategy Teams

The Impact–Urgency Analysis report template is the most used reporting template in Wide Narrow's template library. The analysis model helps organizations to prioritize initiatives and respond to them. The two parameters used when positioning posts in the report matrix are potential impact on the organization and urgency to act. The upper right corner presents issues with both high potential impact and high urgency to act, which means these are the issues that should be on the executive management's agenda. Besides the prioritization, the template also consists of note fields for additional analysis describing, for example, the potential consequences to the organization and suggested actions and activities. The Impact-Urgency Analysis is an excellent tool to use in the Strategic Planning process.
