Once you have gathered the relevant data from all your regions and product areas, the next step is to draw appropriate conclusions from that data. Have all teams prepare their inputs for the strategy process in separate Workspaces, preparing strategic insights for the central function based on templates you create for them. Stringency and consistency are essential to make the content easy to use and aggregate to the main report. As a central function, you can review and support each function's Workspace's work as the work progresses. Once each team has finalized their work, you just drag and drop their building blocks into your Central Workspace to prepare the aggregated report.
