How to clear the first "Web scraper" fetch of a new URL

If you are in the process of setting up a new DIY Inbox with the Wide Narrow Web scraper connection, this tip may be worth reading.

With the first Web scraper fetch of a new URL, it is not unusual that you get some undesired irrelevant articles, like About pages, login pages, and menu links. These are often static and will not show up for subsequent fetches.

Follow these steps to sort out the unwanted posts of the initial fetch in your DIY Inbox:

1. Open the inbox and click the Filter button on top of the Inbox page.
2. In Filter, click the Source option and select all source filter categories from the URL.
3. Delete all irrelevant posts from the first scrape. From there on, you will only get the newly added articles from the page.
