Superusers with Admin permissions can delete user accounts on the User page in Admin.
When a user account is deleted, the following happens:
Post History
When a user account is deleted from Infodesk, the name will still be visible in the post history and on posts qualified and commented by the deleted user.
It is possible to anonymize the name of a deleted user to not display the name on qualified and commented posts.
Access to Objects
When a user account is deleted from Infodesk, the user will be removed from all objects: Dashboards, Inboxes, Workspaces, Newsletters, Reports, and Benchmarks.
If a deleted user is the Owner of an object (for example, an Inbox or Newsletter), the tool Admin needs to change the object's Ownership to make another user the Owner.
