Auto Qualification

Auto Qualification makes it possible to qualify your Inbox content automatically. We strongly recommend that you only use auto-qualification from selected sources providing high-quality information or well proven Saved Searches.

If you are satisfied with a Saved Search, our Senior Information Specialists can activate auto qualification for you. When activated, all posts from the Saved Search will automatically be qualified and added to the Qualified post list in your inbox. All other posts not included in the saved search remain unhandled in your inbox unless you qualify them manually.

It is possible to activate auto qualification for DIY Inboxes too. Please, contact Wide Narrow Support to activate auto qualification from a DIY Inbox.

Note that auto-qualified posts may appear on Dashboard Widgets and among qualified posts in Search. They could also be automatically included in Automated Newsletter.
