InfoDesk end-users usually have access to the following features:
- Dashboards
- Contribute
- Search
- Workspaces
- Subscriptions
Portal Admins can restrict and extend end-users access to end-user functions.
Dashboards:
End-users have access to information, insights, newsletters, and reports in an easily digestible format. Typically, Dashboards contain news feeds, competitor profiles, charts, insights, newsletters, and shared reports. End-users can read, comment on, and like information displayed on the dashboard.
Contribute:
End-users can use the Contribute button at the top right of the Dashboard page to add their contributions. Add links, text, files, and images in any format to share with other users.
Search:
End-users can use Search to find information of interest easily and use the filter features to find information even easier and faster.
Workspaces:
End-users can use Workspaces to gather information, follow trends and topics over time, refine information into insights, and collaborate. Other users can invite end users to join a Workspace.
Subscriptions:
End-users can subscribe to Personal Alerts based on saved searches. The subscription page displays all personal alerts and newsletters available for subscription. End-users can easily subscribe to and unsubscribe from any available newsletter or alert from that page.
