The InfoDesk platform includes three user roles, each with different permissions and access levels.
- Superuser Admins
- Superusers
- End-users
End-users usually have access to Dashboard, Search, Contribute, Workspaces, and Subscriptions.
Superusers usually have access to all features except the Admin module.
Superuser Admins permissions have access to all features, including the Admin module.
Superuser Admins have the ability to manage user permissions on the Users page in the Admin section.
In addition to these three categories, you can also add recipients to your newsletter send lists in the Newsletter module. Recipients do not have any user accounts and do not have access to the InfoDesk platform.
