Create a Workspace
Navigate to Workspaces and click New Workspace to create a new Workspace.
Fill in the New Workspace form and Save.
Pin the Workspace to the menu
On the Workspace card: Click the pin icon to create a Workspace drop zone in the black navigation bar.
Add content to the Workspace
Go to Search or Inboxes and select posts to your Workspace by checking the box to the left of the post headline. Use the Add to button or drag and drop selected posts to your Workspace.
Summarize posts in the Workspace
To summarize posts in the Workspace, drag and drop the posts to the Create Summary drop zone.
Click the Create Summary button to open the Create Summary form. The text from the added posts is now visible in the Abstract field.
In the Create Summary form:
- Enter a headline.
- Edit the default abstract in the textbox. Or use the AI Copilot to generate a summary.
- Optionally, add your own comments to the abstract.
- Choose an icon to symbolize trends, events, and tendencies.
- Position the featured image or add a new image. Click Find image to add an image from the image library. Click the image drop zone to add an image from your computer. Position the images.
- Add more references by clicking Add link, Add video link, and Add file.
- Add taxonomy categories to the summary post.
- Click Source to view the references.
- Click User Access to view and change user access to the Summary. The default user access is Within Workspace. Change it to Normal to make the Summary available to all users. Change to Restricted to select user access.
- Click Save to save the new Summary.
Update a Workspace Summary
Add new posts to the Summary by dragging and dropping posts from the Workspace post list to the Summary.
- Click the Summary to open and update the Summary.
- Click Edit to edit the Summary.
- Click the Comment button to add a comment to the Summary.
- Click More (three dots), and then Share to Share the Summary with other users by email.
Add Posts and Summaries to the pinned post area
You can drag a post or summary to the pinned posts drop zone to position it at the top of the post list.
User Access
Workspaces and Search are available for all users.
