Factiva Select is a customizable news feed that enables you to integrate filtered XML content from a collection of global news and business information. You need a Factiva Select subscription to use this service.

To create a Factiva Select connection to your Inbox, you need to have your Factiva feeds delivered to a pickup location. Contact Dow Jones/Factiva support at [e-mail] for help.
You will also get the username and password needed below from their support.

1. Enter a name to be used in Wide Narrow for the Factiva Select connection.
2. Enter the username and password received from Dow Jones support.
3. Enter feed name(s) or leave this entry empty.
4. Press Add.
